FAQ2018-02-17T15:09:45-08:00
Are your cards eco-friendly?2018-01-21T22:08:05-08:00

Yes! Our cards are printed on premium FSC Mix heavy card stock. The envelopes are made from 100% recycled content, produced from wind power. The clear protective sleeve is made of plant-based materials and is compostable!

What is your return policy?2017-11-02T17:04:36-08:00

Your satisfaction is important to us! If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, let us know within 14 days. We’ll do our best to fix it.

Out of fairness, we do have a few caveats on returns. Custom orders, edible/perishable items, and skin care items are non-refundable (the latter two due to safety concerns). Customers are responsible for safely packaging and shipping returned items, including shipping charges. Re-using our mailers is a pretty safe bet… If the mistake was ours, we will cover shipping charges.

Do you ship internationally?2017-11-02T15:09:53-08:00

We have good news and not so good news. Currently, we do not have international shipping set up on our website. However, if you are an international buyer, you have a few options. You can: send us an email, check out our Etsy shop, or request a custom order from our Etsy shop (it’s the orange button down on the left)!

What is your shipping policy?2017-11-02T15:09:59-08:00

We ship within the U.S. via USPS. Shipping starts at $3.00. We continually monitor and strive to improve our shipping costs and policy so that we can pass our savings to you! We promise to charge for actual shipping (including packaging and insurance) and never inflate our shipping costs.

Great care goes into packing your product so that it arrives in perfect condition. We also use eco-friendly mailers that are recyclable and/or compostable!

Will the prints/cards look the same as on my display?2017-11-02T15:10:05-08:00

That’s a bit tricky… Every display is calibrated differently. Whether you’re viewing from your mobile device, laptop, or desktop, the image colors will vary ever so slightly! For the most accurate color approximation, we recommend calibrating your monitor/display regularly.

What we can say is all of our prints and cards have been printed and proofed so that they look awesome!

Do all your profits go to charity?2017-09-29T18:55:03-08:00

For now, only the profits from sales of The Dancing Cat 4 Charity cards (greeting cards, note cards, postcards) go to Kittyland. Sales from our fine art prints do not go directly to charity, per se. The more our costs are covered by sales of our fine art prints, the less the cards have to cover, which means more money for charity. This will likely change in the future, but for now, we’re small and new!

How much do you donate to charity?2017-11-02T15:11:56-08:00

We are donating 100% of profits from the sale of The Dancing Cat 4 Charity cards to Kittyland, a local non-profit no-kill cat shelter. 100% of profits is not 100% of revenue—after all, we have to cover our costs.

What kind of glass do you use to package Peppermint Mist?2016-11-15T20:03:18-08:00

We use a premium glass bottle. The patented violet glass is thicker and serves to filter out visible light; thereby preserving the integrity of the bottle’s contents. They provide optimal protection so Peppermint Mist always tastes fresh.

How big is the Peppermint Mist bottle?2016-12-26T18:07:00-08:00

For now, Peppermint Mist comes in 1 fluid ounce (30 mL) bottles. The bottles measure approximately 1 1/4 inches in diameter and 4 1/8 inches tall. How long will a bottle last? It depends on your usage. Each 1 fl. oz. / 30 mL bottle contains a little over 200 spritzes. If you only spritz a couple times a day, the bottle could last you a couple months. If you are like us, and spritz frequently, it may last a few weeks.

How many times can I spritz Peppermint Mist?2017-10-28T18:11:57-08:00

You can spritz as much or as little as you like based on your personal preference… within reason (please use common sense judgment). How long does a spritz last? It depends. Peppermint Mist will instantly freshen your breath, but it’s not meant to “cure” bad breath. Proper oral hygiene, regular visits to your dentist, a proper diet, and consulting with your primary care physician is highly recommended.

Who cannot or should not use Peppermint Mist?2017-10-28T18:11:57-08:00

If you are sensitive to or allergic to peppermint, or if you are on medication where peppermint is contraindicated, do NOT use Peppermint Mist, period! Our organic vegetable glycerin is made from organic, non-GMO corn (without chemicals) so if you are allergic to corn, then do NOT use Peppermint Mist. Also, pregnant women should avoid Peppermint Mist. And children should not use Peppermint Mist unless supervised.

Is Peppermint Mist USDA certified organic?2017-10-28T18:11:57-08:00

Peppermint Mist is in the process of receiving its USDA organic certification. Our ingredients are still certified organic, however, our manufacturing process has not yet been certified. For more information, please check out our blog on our USDA organic certification status.

Does Peppermint Mist contain sugar, alcohol, gluten, or soy?2017-10-28T18:11:57-08:00
