Out of fairness, we do have a few caveats on returns. Custom orders, edible/perishable items, and skin care items are non-refundable (the latter two due to safety concerns). Customers are responsible for safely packaging and shipping returned items, including shipping charges. Re-using our mailers is a pretty safe bet… If the mistake was ours, we will cover shipping charges.
